I’m a competitive dancer and dance 20+ hours a week. I had a hamstring/glute pain and I’ve been coming for little a month now and I’m completely pain free. Thanks Dr. Alexus!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about getting started at The Mobile Athlete.

Do you take insurance?

We're cash-based and don't bill insurance directly. This allows us to focus on your goals and training, not insurance rules. We provide superbills you can submit for possible reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network care.

How long are sessions, and how often will I need to come in?

Session length depends on your needs and the service. After your evaluation, we'll give you a clear picture of what to expect. Many people start with a plan over several weeks and adjust from there based on how they're progressing.

Will I have to stop training while I'm working with you?

Not usually. We build your plan around what you can do safely and progress from there. The goal is to keep you moving and training while we address what's driving the issue.

Why is this different from other PT clinics in Peachtree City?

You get one-on-one care focused on your sport and your training. We use objective testing tools like VALD Dynamo and ForceDecks to guide decisions, and we're focused on bridging rehab and performance—not just getting you pain-free.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Wear athletic clothes you can move in. If you're working on a running or lifting issue, bring your training shoes or be ready to demonstrate key movements so we can assess your mechanics and build a plan.
